Can you imagine a Heaven on Earth or a Utopian Civilization for all mankind? Most of us can and wouldn’t that be something worth building? Of course something so great would take a lot of work to come to fruition and it would take a massive effort, which would indeed involve all of us. Such a perfect civilization throughout the World would require a different mindset amongst the human stakeholders and inhabitants on the surface of the planet, but it is within the realm of possibility.
There are many World social issues, which must be addressed and we must face reality in order to fix the problems. This indeed will require a non-linear approach to problem solving and coordination. It will require a plan, simple in nature and massive in scope. This cannot be a short-term endeavor, but rather a long-term project that we must see thru. As we press on to see the future prospect of a perfect world there will be difficulties along the way; we must take these lessons learned and modify our plan.
We must take all we have learned in history and all we learn during the process building a Utopia and fix the World. Humankind need not be doomed to repeat the follies of the past over and over again. Now then, like any massive strategy we will need to build our prototype civilization and prove concept and then we must discuss how to syndicate or franchise this plan to uplift all countries, nation-states and civilizations to make the gradual conversion to the planned Utopia.
In doing this we cannot discount the innate characteristics of the species or all will be lost to conflict, politics, trade wars or actual bloodshed. We must work with what we have as we evolve human mindset and move the trends forward thru self-accepted social conditioning and buy-in from both the individual and the masses. In my many articles on this subject, I point to current conflicts, problems, challenges and how to get from here to there; that is to say the Utopia we all seek as we are currently embattled amongst ourselves in the primate politics of mankind continually fighting over the means.
I appreciate you reading all my articles on Philosophy, Politics and Humanities and hope you will enjoy the intellectual conversation as I address the question; Why not make Heaven on Earth? Perhaps this article is of interest to propel thought in 2007?
